  • We may have opportunities for volunteers to help with projects in the future, please reach out to housingtrust@littlecomptonri.org

  • Do you have property or a rental that you think might be a good fit for affordable housing for low to moderate income residents, seniors, or other populations in our community? Reach out to us! We’d love to talk.

  • Depending on the property, we may be able to purchase or to help facilitate purchases of properties for the purpose of long term affordability. Please reach out to us if you are selling and wish to consider affordable housing as a possible outcome of all or part of your property for sale. 

  • We graciously receive gifts of appropriate property for the purpose of long term housing affordability. You may wish to subdivide and donate a portion of land before making a sale. You may also wish to consider including us in your estate planning, by leaving us a gift of land, a home, or a building that could be repurposed into a home.

  • Join us for our public meetings the 2nd Monday of each month at the Town Hall. Check RI Secretary of State Website for up to date scheduling, agendas, and meeting minutes.
